1. What is PIN?
PIN is the Personal Identification Number that is assigned to a particular card. It is like a password for the card to prevent unauthorised use.
2. I did not get my PIN.
The PIN can be found in the My Account section of our website. Contact our customer care if you still cannot find your PIN.
3. Can I use the same card to call many countries?
Yes, International Calling cards allow you to call any destination in the world, unless explicitly stated otherwise. However, some cards work best for a particular country. Our customer support can help you in selecting the right card.
4. Are my personal details secure with you?
Your personal details are absolutely safe with us. We do not pass them on. We do not share personally identifiable data with other companies, except as necessary to fulfill a transaction you have requested (i.e. your credit card company).
5. How do I login to my account?
Click on the Login link at the top of the website. Enter your username and password to login.
